What to expect from an ayahuasca ceremony?

There is no good or bad ceremony but badly understood. It is easy to take ayahuasca, the hard part is to understand what comes next. The challenge of the person is to understand the true meanings of the visions that the plants show us and to be able to use this learning in our daily life, therefore, before carrying out a session, we always recommend the experimenter, that they do not forge expectations "wonderful and magical "From other people's experiences, because this is not always the case, since each person has their own experience. There is nothing more equivocal than to wait for this or that thing of a ceremony since to keep the attention fixed on a mental hope will not leave space for what is presented at the moment of truth. Before performing an ayahuasca ceremony, the person is recommended to keep the mind free from prejudices and fears and the open heart; likewise, he must prepare himself mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.
